Shannon Airport (SNN)
The closest airport to Adare Manor is Shannon International airport (SNN), which is approximately 26 miles away.
The cost of a taxi from Shannon to Adare is between €80-90 euro.
All major car rental agencies operate from Shannon International Airport (remember to request an automatic in advance).
Daily direct flights operate to/from Shannon connecting East Coast hubs: New York (JFK and Newark), Chicago and Boston.
It is also well connected with other major hubs in Europe.
Airlines operating out of Shannon (SNN) include: Aerlingus, Ryanair, Delta and United Airlines.
Dublin Airport (DUB)
Dublin airport is located 138 miles from Adare Manor and the journey time is approx. 2 hours, 30 minutes.
It may not be possible to hire a taxi for travel from Dublin to Adare.
All major car rental agencies operate from Dublin Airport (remember to request an automatic in advance).
Note: In Ireland cars drive on the left hand side of the road. The road from Dublin airport to Adare is a motorway for the majority of the journey and does have 1 toll section on this. If you are hiring a car, request a toll tag from your rental company.
Private transfers are available from Dublin Airport if booked in advance. The recommended provider is Goldstar (approx. €700 - €800 euro).
Dublin Airport is a major European hub connecting the US including LAX.

Wedding celebrations will take place in the village of Adare across the weekend, with the main event taking place at Adare Manor on Saturday.
A limited number of rooms are available at Adare Manor at a preferred rate of €750 Euros per room per night including taxes and breakfast- Rooms usually start at €1,115 per night!
Renowned for it's golf- Adare Manor will be hosting the Ryder Cup in 2027. Only residents can play, so you could be one of the last to play their magnificent championship golf course before it closes for Ryder Cup preparations!
